Blast from the Past: Noftall vs Leonard (2015)

Here is a game from the archives: Peter Noftall vs Anthony Leonard from the St. John's Open in 2015. These two players were more active about a decade ago, and Anthony has won 5 Newfoundland Opens. Peter is also a very strong and dangerous player, however. 

Anthony did have a middle game edge with a nice d5 break. But he went a little wrong later and Peter played well to close the gap. Sadly a blunder cost Anthony the game in what might have been a longer struggle. Well done to Peter!
